Placing an Order
If you would like to purchase one of our products, please fill our Order Form and mail it or fax it, duly signed, to:

Confirmation
As soon as we receive your order, we will e-mail an Order Confirmation containing information about your purchase. We recommend that you save the order confirmation, should you need to contact Nightingale US Customer Service.

Delivery Time
The normal delivery time is 10 to 30 business days from the date the order was placed, depending on product availability.

Payment Options
ALL ORDERS REQUIRE ADVANCE PAYMENT. At present, we only accept personal checks and money orders. Please allow 3-5 days for check processing. We will soon have a secure e-commerce option on our web site, and major credit cards will be accepted.

Shipping
A shipping cost is added to each order. We will not deliver to P.O. Boxes and P.M.B addresses (Personal Mail Boxes).

Return Policy
You have the right to return undamaged and unused products. If you wish to return a product, please notify our Customer Service not later than 14 days after product reception. Your notification must include the following: a) original invoice b) brief statement of reasons for returning the product c) any literature and part included in the original package. The returned product must be unused, undamaged and packed in its original box/crate. Please state the cause for the return on the back side of the invoice! Customers assume the shipping costs for returning Nightingale equipment, unless the return is due to defects or mistakes on our side. Should you receive a damaged or wrongly supplied product, please contact our Customer Service without delay within 14 days after reception. We will take care of your complaint and send you a return label with pre-paid postage.

Warranty
Nightingale products are covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your product needs repair, please return it to:
